I have been taking my kids to Clover Hill Childrens Center on and off for over a decade (due to moving away then back to the area) and have never been disappointed! Ms Teresa always welcomes parents with a big smile and greeting. Being back in the infant room after my older kids have moved through the preschool and school aged programs was a big adjustment, but Ms Judy and Ms Sheryl put me at ease daily. They are so attentive with my son and are very consistent with providing me updates throughout the day and at pick-up. I love that the classroom sizes are small and I love that the center has upgraded its technology in the past few years. I receive feeding, diaper, and sleep updates via app throughout the day and even pictures sometimes 🙂

The staff is warm, welcoming and is very easy to work with. I would recommend to any parents in the area looking for childcare they can trust.

We are really enjoying Clover Hill as my kiddo has been in the small infant room for almost 7 months now. The teachers have so much experience, and I know my little one is having fun and learning lots. Ms. Judy, Ms. Sheryl, Ms. Nicole, and Ms. Dominique have all been helping us so much with learning how to eat solids, standing up, and soon we'll be walking and talking!

Cloverhill was my daycare as a child, so when I learned I was going to be a mother I had no other thoughts about child care. My daughter was definitely attending the best of the best. Clover hill has been nothing short of AMAZING. The dedicated staff really strives to keep every child happy, safe, and even makes learning fun!. I highly recommend this school without a doubt

Lies on top of lies, on top of more lies. What a fake-fronted, horribly deceptive, disappointing facility. Out of respect I won't name names, but if necessary, I will. My wife and I were promised a spot for the summer program and upcoming school year. Once applied, to check and see if we were, in fact, attending their summer program, as promised, and for the upcoming school year, as promised, we were told, by whomever the current "manager" is, that the previous (news to us) assistant director, had quit (strange, because she claimed to have been there over 10 years), had not properly submitted our paperwork, thus negating all previous submittals, and that our children were NOT enrolled, and that "they had no space for us". Well, that DOES NOT SIT WELL WITH ME. The "supposed DIRECTOR" is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DOWNRIGHT NASTY. Luckily, Skipwith Academy off Huguenot was MORE THAN ACCOMODATING, allowing our children to enter their Summer Program, WITH NO ISSUES. When this woman finally provides her name I'll post an even-worse updated review. Despicable. Utterly despicable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. No A/C, outdated facility, overextended staff, and atrocious customer service. The BBB WILL be contacted. Soooooo disappointing. I hope to GOD the "manager" calls me back, because I have PLENTY to say to her. Worst daycare facility on the face of the earth. And 99% of my reviews are positive for most businesses. This review should tell you something. Seriously.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. If you receive childcare from DSS, please contact your worker to ensure that your payments are correct. There seems to be something suspicious happening at this place. Make sure to do thorough research before sending your child there.

I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this daycare. My children ALWAYS had family members watch them while I’m working but my dad got sick and I had to look at other options but I can honestly say this place along with the teachers and staff are so welcoming & loving to my kids, it’s almost like family is still watching them while I’m away. My children love all the teachers, always talk about how much they love them, & my daughter even tries to go to some of the teachers houses for play dates & sleepovers, haha. If you’re looking for care & want to be able to go to work or trust a daycare to watch your children without stress and worry, this is the place for your kids.

In response to Kelly (below). My kids have been at Clover Hill for over 6 years, and both are well loved, and taken care of at clover hill. Our experience and most of our peers are the complete opposite.

Kelly, (below) asked for the DSS investigation, and after review they found NO VIOLATIONS AT ALL. It is all public information. It is a shame that people have to defame a school thats been around for 30 years because they are upset.

This school has been voted richmonds best daycare over and over, and they have proved that to me. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone I know!

My 4 year old grandson attends. The place is always clean. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My little one has learned to write his name, count to 100, and things he will need to know going into kindergarten. His teacher, Ms. Carla makes learning fun. He loves his school and teachers. They have an outdoor playground. They have an indoor ball pit.

Been bringing our now 2 children here for almost 5 years. As the other reviewer said, I have been so appreciative as a parent of how they have been handling things during the pandemic. I feel our kids are safe and cared for here.

My two children started at this center the first week everything shut down (previously scheduled) and I have been constantly amazed at how they are handling everything. They work with us parents, have added necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all, and have been overall fantastic. As a family with two parents still required to work in office, this facility has been a blessing. I feel comfortable sending them each day!

Our family absolutely loves Cloverhill Children's Center! My son is in their preschool program and it is the best decision I could have made for him. He has learned so much in just a few months to prepare him for Kindergarten. I am confident he will be more than prepared to start school in the Fall. The teachers and staff are great! Always a warm friendly home environment. It is always a good feeling when your child loves his teacher and looks forward to attending everyday!

Clover Hill Children's Center has been an amazing experience for our kids. They have been with this school off and on throughout the past 5 years and we cant say enough about them. The staff is professional and caring. The facility is clean and the kids love the indoor ball pit. My kids have made friendship here that will hopefully last a lifetime.
